Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency across all EuroAfri Link services.

General Policy

EuroAfri Link offers a range of professional services, including sourcing support, consultancy, business advisory, export support, and education services.

Due to the nature of these services, refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the stage of service delivery.

Trade and Product Sourcing Services

For product sourcing, supply coordination, and trade-related services:

Payments made after confirmed sourcing, coordination, or supplier engagement may not be fully refundable
Cancellations before service initiation may be reviewed for partial or full refund eligibility

Refund decisions are assessed based on the stage of engagement and costs already incurred.

Consultancy and Advisory Services

Payments for consultancy, advisory, assessments, strategy sessions, or project support are generally non-refundable once service delivery has started.

Where payment has been made but service delivery has not yet commenced, cancellation requests may be reviewed.

Education and Placement Services

Fees paid for university placement support, academic advisory, or student mobility services are generally non- refundable once advisory or application support has begun.

Refund requests submitted before service initiation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

EuroAfri Link does not guarantee admission decisions made by universities or institutions.

 

Events, Programs, and Training

Payments for events, webinars, workshops, or training programs may be refundable only where cancellation requests are made two weeks before the stated deadline. Also, when the service has not been consumed, and preparation has not been invested in the activity.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on event or program conditions.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable after service commencement:

  1. Completed consultations
  2. Advisory sessions
  3. Assessments
  4. Application support has already been initiated.
  5. Sourcing coordination is already in progress.
  6. Event presentation has already been initiated.
