All fees are invoiced by EuroAfri Link (KvK 71885269) and paid only after we confirm your application in writing. Fees cover our review and verification work, and your Verification Report is yours to use with any buyer. They do not guarantee buyers or orders. For orders we help arrange, a small success fee may be agreed in writing.

Reviewing documents and verifying a supplier takes time. The fee covers that work and lets us focus on serious exporters. You receive a written review and a Supplier Verification Report that you can show to any buyer, not only ours.
No. The fee pays for our review work. We report what we find, and we cannot guarantee approval, buyers or orders.
We confirm the timing in writing when your application is accepted. It depends on the documents you provide and how quickly you respond.
Fees are invoiced by EuroAfri Link and are paid only after we confirm your application in writing. Check that our emails come from an address ending in @euroafrilink.com. If you are not sure that a message is from us, contact us through this website before you pay.
We focus on agri-food and agri-based products. If your product is different, apply and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Your verified profile is active for 12 months. When a European buyer request matches your products, we present your profile and share the buyer’s feedback with you.
