Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must complete at least 20% of the program material and submit your refund request no later than the 7 days following your purchase.

Please note that any refund requests made after the 7 days will not be honored. After this time, all payments are considered non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the full fees associated with the program, regardless of your completion status.

This training program is designed to cater to all export products and includes an Exercise Program specifically tailored for beginners and exporters looking to expand their markets, with a particular focus on the EU market.

Refund Eligibility

The program offers a refundable option under specific conditions. A refund will be granted only if you have not attended any classes or accessed the course materials. To qualify for a refund, you must provide evidence that you have neither participated in the course nor completed any exercises.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate your refund request, please ensure that it is submitted within 7 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered. You can reach out to our team at info@euroafrilink.com for assistance.

Non-Refundable Terms

Please note that after the 7-day window has passed, all payments become non-refundable. You will be responsible for the full payment of the program fees, regardless of whether you complete the program or not.

EXPORT MISSION

This event serves as a platform for sellers and buyers to connect in person. If you have registered for this event but were unable to obtain a visa, you are eligible for a refund of 88% of your payment. Please note that the remaining 12% is non-refundable and will cover administrative costs and hotel reservations.

Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be made within specific timeframes:

14 Days Before Event: We do not provide refunds for any requests submitted more than 14 days before the event.

After Day 14: All payments become non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the full payment of the program fees, regardless of your participation.

SOURCING PRODUCTS FROM EUROPE OR AFRICA

This refund policy is for Buyers in Europe and Africa if EAL is the trader. When purchasing products through EAL in Europe or Africa, buyers are entitled to a refund policy if the product is either unavailable or does not meet their quality expectations.

Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within a specific timeframe (2-3 days) when the product is presented to the buyer while EAL is in the presence of the seller. It is important to note that refund requests cannot be made after the product has been shipped.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By completing a purchase, buyers acknowledge and agree that their only recourse in case of dissatisfaction will be limited to receiving a 90% refund of the original purchase price. The remaining 10% will cover administrative and travel expenses. Additionally, buyers waive any rights to seek further compensation beyond this specified refund.

TERMINATION OF LICENSE UPON REFUND

If a refund is issued in any of the above cases, all licenses granted to you for using the materials provided under the agreement will be immediately terminated. You are required to cease using all program materials and destroy any information received, including but not limited to video/audio recordings, training materials, access to social media groups exclusive to paying members, and other resources. This also applies to terminating all privileges acquired when EAL is facilitating trade for buyers in sourcing products.
