Project Details

Location: Southeast coast of Africa 60-hectare land available

Off-taker:  EDM with a signed 20 Year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) in place.

Insurances: Plant, Investment Protection, Contract Default etc.

Project type: this Project has Engineering, Procurement, Construction, operate (Sell electricity as IPP).

Potential to expand this site to 500MW. EDM already provided a blanket license subject to a feasibility study with locations already identified.

Total Finance required for project development.: $30 million including location.

Project 2: 50 MW Solar Farm – PV Grid-Tied

Project Details

Location: Southern Africa – 100-hectare land already available.

Off-taker:  ZESA signed a 25 Year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)

Project type:  Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operate (Sell electricity as IPP)

Insurances: Plant, Investment Protection, Contract Default etc.

Potential to expand this site to 100 MW.

Total Finance required for project development.: $53 million including location.

All Project Advanced Stage:  Land  60 & 100 hectares, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), Feasibility, Licence, PPA in place – only waiting for the financing.
